Description

Summer Time – Original Floral Oil Painting

Bring the warmth and vibrant energy of summer into your home with Summer Time, an original floral oil painting by Olga Nikitina. Bold red-orange blossoms and lush green foliage frame an expansive blue sky, creating a joyful composition that celebrates the abundance and freedom of the summer season.

The painting draws the eye towards the luminous centre, where soft white clouds drift across layers of brilliant blue. Around the edges, expressive flowers and elongated green leaves create a natural frame, their fiery colours contrasting beautifully with the cool sky. Rich reds, coral, orange, and emerald green come alive through energetic palette-knife strokes and layered applications of oil paint, giving the composition depth, movement, and a wonderfully tactile surface.

Olga Nikitina’s distinctive impasto technique transforms this floral landscape into an expressive celebration of colour and light. The thickly applied paint captures the vitality of blooming flowers in a summer breeze, while the open sky creates a feeling of space, optimism, and tranquillity. Rather than presenting a traditional still life, the painting offers an immersive view of nature, inviting the viewer to look upwards through a garden in full bloom.

This colourful original floral oil painting makes a striking accent in a living room, bedroom, dining area, or creative workspace. Its vivid palette complements contemporary interiors, while the blue sky and lush botanical details bring a refreshing connection to nature. Ideal for collectors who appreciate original flower paintings, textured oil artwork, and expressive contemporary floral art, Summer Time adds warmth and personality to any space.
