FREE Shipping with tracking number provided. Artwork will be packed and shipped after full payment has been received. We work with Aramex, DHL and local Post Office EMS Service.

Packaging

Artwork will be securely packed either in cardboard box or rolled in tube depending on size.

Damaged or Defective Artwork If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographs of the damage and the packaging at olganikitinart@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by us.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund and Returns Policy

While original artwork is typically non-refundable, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. For this reason, we offer a flexible refund and returns policy for our valued clients.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Notification Period: Clients must notify us within 14 days of receiving the artwork if they wish to initiate a return. Please email us at olganikitinart@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Condition of Artwork: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, without any damage, alterations, or signs of wear. We reserve the right to inspect the returned artwork to ensure it meets these criteria before issuing a refund.
  3. Packaging Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring the artwork is packaged securely to prevent any damage during return shipping. Please use the equivalent protective materials. Inadequate packaging that results in damage may void the refund.

Shipping and Costs

  1. Shipping Fees: Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes, customs duties, or insurance fees.
  2. Shipping Deadline: The artwork must be shipped back to us within 7 days of notifying us of the return. Please provide tracking information to ensure the return process is smooth and transparent.
  3. Return Address: in different cases I will provide you available options for the location where to return to make it easier.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection Period: Upon receiving the returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. This process will take no longer than 5 business days.
  2. Refund Timeline: If the artwork passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  3. Partial Refunds: In the unlikely event the artwork is returned in a condition different from its original state, we may offer a partial refund or decline the refund entirely.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Custom Orders: Commissions or custom-made pieces tailored to your specifications are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Digital Products: If applicable, digital downloads or other non-physical items are non-refundable.
